  1. Hi Bernardo, I would first like to point out you have a very informative website that is easy to read and navigate through. I do have a question for you. I am fifty and have been very lucky as I have never had a filling in my teeth. My wife has had plenty but she has such white teeth. I have thought about having mine whitened but have always been worried about damaging the enamel with chemicals etc. What’s your outlook on this?

    • Hi David

Thank you for your comments, you are both very fortunate in your own ways. It is always advisable to see your dentist or health care professional if you are unsure on treatment of your oral health requirements. There are many options to whitening teeth but I have been using fluoride free toothpaste and baking soda. It takes a bit longer to see results and found this to be gentler on my teeth and gums. You could try the WhiteSmile teeth whitening system,  this uses all natural ingredients for their gel and it’s quicker way to achieve results. https://flouride-free-toothpas

  2. I have also been through the process of finding chemical free toothpaste (as well as lots of other household products) so I know there is a really good range of effective, natural products available nowadays. I’m pleased all of the manufacturers you have chosen are based in Australia so they have not travelled too far to get to you. Some brands, like Jack and Jill, also choose non-plastic packaging so we can be kind to the environment from a packaging, product and transport perspective.

    • Hi Ian

It’s great to see you are removing chemicals from your household products, this is something we should all be working towards. Thank you for your comments and I will always endevour to have products on my website that help and benefit our health and our environment. Nowadays most companies will ship goods throughout the world and if there’s a local product available it is great to support it. Thank you again.

      Regards, Bernardo
